To God be the glory forever and ever.
The One City of Missionary was founded on a belief in God's calling, an idea that came to Pu Tluang Hnin and his family through prayer. Their mission began with a simple yet profound goal: to help people find and maintain a strong relationship with Jesus Christ.
The work is rooted in a desire to help new believers stay on their path. The ministry focuses on preventing people from returning to sin shortly after accepting Christ. To ensure the mission's integrity, they collaborated with the leaders of Hniarlawn village. After a period of prayer and discussion, the ministry was officially launched in 2020.
What makes this work so powerful is its unity. The mission operates without church discrimination, bringing together volunteers from all denominations. This collaborative spirit, they believe, has been blessed by God, allowing the ministry to grow rapidly.
What began as a village-based mission quickly spread, reaching eleven villages: Hniarlawn, Nabual, Phai, Nipi, Fiarti, Hranhring, Vanmual Thar, Rimte, Aive, and Lunghnam. The founders hope to continue this expansion, spreading their work to many more cities.
In addition to their on-the-ground efforts, the ministry hosts online meetings and sermons. These virtual gatherings, led by young people from the USA, Myanmar, Malaysia, and India, allow people worldwide to strengthen their faith and share God's word together.
The One City of Missionary continues its work today, sustained by the grace of God and the generosity of individuals and churches who contribute gifts and Bibles.
To God be the glory. May God be with us so that all believers can walk stronger in their faith and with His word in their lives
